What data we collect

Only the data you voluntarily provide through the contact form: name, email address, phone (optional) and the content of your message.

Why we use it

Solely to respond to your enquiry and, where applicable, for pre-contractual steps relating to the matter you raise (sale of a property, investment partnership or provision of services). We do not use your data for other purposes and do not share it with third parties for marketing.

Legal basis

Processing is based on pre-contractual steps at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and on our legitimate interest in responding to communications you send us (Article 6(1)(f)).

How long we keep it

We keep messages for as long as needed to follow up and, at most, for 24 months after the last contact, unless a contractual relationship with its own legal retention periods is established in the meantime.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses no cookies, embeds no third-party services and does not track visitors. Fonts and all assets are served directly from our own domain.

Who we share it with

Data is received by email and stored with our hosting and email providers, acting as processors. We do not sell or transfer your data.

Your rights

You may at any time request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or portability of your data, and object to processing, by writing to falmeida@substancia.pt. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese Data Protection Authority, CNPD (www.cnpd.pt).
