How long does a typical project take?
It depends on the scale of the works and the licensing required. The schedule is set during the initial analysis, project by project, and tracked weekly — we share the dates with everyone involved.
How do you control risk?
By buying well. The margin is built at acquisition: comparable analysis, a realistic works budget with a contingency, and conservative exit scenarios before any commitment.
